This weekend, homework expectations are the following:
1. Reading Letters - organize your Reading Chart and write me a letter about what you are reading at home. The letter will include 3 paragraphs: a) a summary b) identify a reading strategy and example from text c) a lesson learned and example from text.
2. Halloween Talent Show/Stand-Up Comedy act - if you have signed up, practice your act!
3. Grade 5 - Social Studies Text - Read Chapter 1 and answer Something To Do #1.
Homework Club is starting this week. Visit Ms. Van Herk on Tuesday, Ms. McGoey on Wednesday and myself on Thursday.
You may dress up for Halloween on Monday if you choose.
